Written Professional Communication

In this course, students study and produce common workplace documents, such as memos, letters, proposals, reports, and resumes. They learn to compose with rhetorical awareness, clarity, and precision while exploring ethical and practical concerns that affect today’s professionals. These include norms for writing on the Internet and best practices for appropriate textual reuse.
